Mark Vartuli
Mark joined Equity & Advisory in 1998.
As the Joint Managing Partner of Equity & Advisory, Mark specialises in offering commercial guidance for mergers and acquisitions, divestments and corporate restructures. Mark also specialises providing advice extracting synergies and scaling up businesses.
Mark is a retained advisor to a number of Australia’s leading private companies.
Before joining Equity & Advisory in April 1998, Mark Vartuli gained professional experience at Arthur Andersen, working within their Assurance and Business Advisory Division.
Mark holds a Master and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
