Don Manifold
Don has been the Managing Partner at Equity & Advisory since 2018.
Prior to joining Equity & Advisory, Don occupied the position of Managing Partner at EY for South Australia and the Northern Territory, a role he held for 4 years. He has led EY’s Transaction Advisory division in South Australia, amassing more than 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in the realm of corporate finance.
Don has advised on over 72 completed acquisitions, divestments, capital raising and IPOs with a combined value in excess of $3.5 billion. He currently serves as a Board Advisor for 10 companies within Australia.
Don holds a Bachelor (Honours) of Economics, a Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
