JP is a Partner of Equity & Advisory, having joined the firm in 2021.
Prior to joining Equity & Advisory, JP spent 6 years working in Deloitte’s mergers and acquisitions advisory team and 4 years working in Ferrier Hodgson’s corporate restructuring team. JP has advised on over 40 completed acquisitions, divestments, and capital raisings with a combined value of over $2 billion.
John-Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Legal Practice and is a Chartered Accountant.
