Don Manifold is the Joint Managing Director of Equity & Advisory and specialises in providing commercial advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions, divestments and valuations.
Prior to joining Equity & Advisory, Don was the Managing Partner of EY in South Australian and Northern Territory for four years. Don also ran EY’s Transaction Advisory division in South Australia and has over twenty five years’ experience including over twenty years in corporate finance. Don has advised on over 40 completed acquisitions, divestments, capital raising and IPOs with a combined value in excess of $2 billion and has produced valuation and independent expert’s reports for businesses with a combined value in excess of $25 billion. Don has advised on a number of high profile transactions including the sale of S. Kidman & Co.

Equity & Advisory were retained by Michell Australia to undertake a review of the Bindaree Group. Following this review we were involved in developing and implementing a turnaround plan for the operations at Inverell, Murgon and Orange.
Equity & Advisory undertook an Independent Expert valuation of the listed property trust in regards to an offer received by Elders Limited and an a major private shareholder.
