Equity & Advisory were engaged as lead advisor in relation to the recapitalisation of Australian Zircon through the conversion of debt to equity by its major convertible note holder, the negotiation of a revised bank facility arrangement with its senior debt provider, and a one-for-one rights issue to ordinary shareholders.
